9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LogicFlare, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
